I'm impressed that she was very young when she had to leave her country for the war and she had to be a refugee in another country.

I identtify with her not because I'm not a refugee but I had to leave my country and I know it's very difficult to suddenly have to study another lenguage and have a new life also is complex to find a job specialy when you don't speak the lenguage.

Sopporting arguments:
*Is easy for the young adults if teir like to finish the university and pass the graduation.
* If the young adults live along is very costly for them.
*Every mother must like to take care of their children.
*Is it normal for a young adults to be at home until they get married.

Opposing arguments:
*If the guy hasn't got a goal and still living at home because is very ezy for him, but is it a big problem for his familiy.
*They will probably be more responsability and be independent.
*The mother have to be responsability with her children.
*Some young adults has problem with the identity or maybe their feel insecurity in fron the other people.

I believe that for young adults, if they are single, isn't a bad to live with their parents.
The mayoritys of my classmetes think taht the young adults have to live with the parents for different reasons.
Firstly, the parents have to support them because they are young and they dont;t know about many responsabilities.
Secondly, because the mothers like to take care of the child,they think the young adults never grow.
Thirdly, it is very difficult for the young adults to support them shelves.
I agree that I would support my children until they are married.

Natalia Oreiro was born in Uruguay on 19 May 1977. Her family live in Uruguay because, her father has a business there.
When she was 8 years old she began to study theatre and from then her life was spend along cameras, stages, recording, studious, performances and discografic productions.
When she was 12 she wnet to a casting and then she began to work in the world of commercials.
Between 12 and 16 years she recorded more than 30 adds.
When she was 17 she went to Argentina and settled there.
Her first debut was fantastic and in one year she was voted like the best actress and also she launched her record presentation'' Natalia Oreiro''
That record incluided the song for this comedy.
She had a boyfriend for 6 years but, finally she got married 3 years ago to Ricardo Mollo, who is a Rock singer. Her wedding was in a secret ceremony. They don't have children yet.

On 2nd June 1989, 10,000 Chinese soldiers were blocked* by 100,000 people protecting students demonstrating* in Tiananmen Square in Beijing.

The 1989 protest movement was the largest spontaneous mass protest against Communist Party rule since 1949. In May 1989, more than a million people filled the centre of Beijing supporting the demands of university students.They wanted more democracy, press freedom and less official corruption. Similar protests developed in dozens of cities throughout China. Many people thought that the political life of China would change.

Nobody knows exacly how many people died in this tragedy, same people say hundreds and same people say thousands.

One of the things all children learn is who other people are in relation to them: brothers-in-low, fathers-in-low, mothers-in-low, uncles or aunts are.
Fathers-in-low and sons-in-low maintain an avoidance relationship, they will rarely speak to each other directy but communicate through a third party and often they will avoid being in the same room ass each other.

If a woman's husband dies and they have grown children, the mother traditionally moves into her son's house. If the children are still young, the family lives with woman's brothers-in-low.

Marriage:

Traditionally girls often married when they werw about 14 or 15 years old, and boys in their late 20s.
Today girls still marry at the same age but boys often at 17 or 18 yars old.
When people married they usually stayed together for life, unless one of the partners died.
However this too has changed and it is not uncommon for marriage to break down.

The best holiday

My best holiday was three months ago when my husband and I went to Uruguay,our country.

I was dreaming for two years and two months about this trip.

The flight was good, but I couldn't sleep because I was very excited.

The plane stopped in an Argentina airport and we had to wait a long time there.

Finally we came to Uruguay at 10.00 pm and there our familiy and friends were waiting for us.It was a very nice welcome.

Our family and a lot of friens gave us a big surprise welcome party and they brought especial singers.

We were there until early morning.

From then on I enjoyed all the time together and we went out to different places, for example: the cinema, parks, the theatre, a disco, beaches, and I especially enjoyed the Christmas time.Also I celebrated my birthday, they were 120 peoples!!

We took one thousand two hundred photos and bought presents for our friends in Australia.

Well, the farewell was really sad but we had to go back to Autralia.

Hi, I'm going to write in English about my self, but my Engish it's not very good. Sorry!

My name's Silvia and I come from Uruguay. I have lived in Australia for two years and I'm studying English at ST George TAFE.

I'm married but I don't have children yet. I'd like to study first and prepare more to better my English.

Silvia and Minha

Yesterday in our classrom we had a very nice experience with another classroom.

They came to our classroom and we had to make an interview about the personal details of the student. I spoke with a lovely woman.

Her name's Minha and she comes from China. She's 48 years old. She's married and she has a daughter. Her daughter is 20 years old and she's in China.
Her husband works and she's studying English for the first time.

She lives in Hurstville in a beautiful unit.
She came to Australia three years ago. She arrived on 26-11-2002.
She misses her daughter and she loves China.
